  I have been studying Shamanism & related arts for over 15 years. I host a journey group that meets every other week. We find that working in a group has amazing results & it is quite enjoyable to share what you experience & hear what others might think about it.
  I enjoy working with animal Totems through Journeying as well as doing readings with my Medicine Cards. I practice sound healing using rattles, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes & chanting. I also teach Qi Gong & use it do do energy healing & I always love a good drum circle.
